Why there are very very very cheaper glass screen protectors are selling in the market?
We got some samples of cheaper glass screen protectors from the market. After we tested, we found that the falling ball test can only reach 64G 30cm or even lower. (Let’s called Bronze grade )
In the production of glass screen protectors, tempering time is a very important process . During the tempering process, the length of time will directly affect the quality of products (Falling ball test results). There is 4 hours tempering time of standardized production, but the tempering time of this kind of very cheap glass screen protector may only be 1 hour or even less, this is why their falling ball test is so poor. Only save time and cost which can make the price cheaper.

How to make a quality test by yourself without falling ball test equipment?
You can do a bending test (please wear gloves before doing the test like picture shows, in case hurt your hands with broken glass)
When you get the glass screen protectors, bend its top and bottom sides, the greater the arc of the bend, the better the tempering effect and toughness of the glass.
Good quality: After being broken, there will be a very beautiful cobweb pattern, and the fragments very small.
Poor quality: After being broken, there are much bigger fragment in the glass.
